: well I just encountered this same problem, and came a looking to see what yall had done to fix it,,,well none of the suggestions were working,,,,so I went to the nero web site,,,,under FAQ's,,,,,and there it was! All I had to do was uninstall nero,,,,,and reinstall it again,,,,sometimes after you burn a whole lot at one time,,,or after a period of time,,somehow your aspi files can become curupt or damaged,,,,I know it says its a system file,,,but its a system file that nero puts there! You have to think of your OS as a tool box,,,and everybody knows, sometimes after a job,,you look around and notice a tool is missing! And as bad as you hate to,,,you have to drive alllllll the way back to the job site,, and get it,,,,or you cant move on to the next job! lol hope this helps the next person that comes a lookin for help with this issue!
