You recently removed an installation of MusicMatch JukeBox from your system, or likely you have had it installed and something is wrong with it.

Reinstall MusicMatch JukeBox. If you do not want to use it, then uninstall it properly through Windows' Control Panel -> Add Or Remove Programs.
