I've had the same problem in last few months. Its happened 2 or 3 times. To fix the problem: you have to remove the file from your computer using Add/Remove programs. Then re-load the driver and Music Match software from the RCA website. Look in the software updates section for the Lyra 1071. Hope that helps.
