 Removing layers
Posted by cosmo on April 28, 2004 at 07:00:51:

I am sure this is way over my head, and maybe impossible, but worth a shot.

In the song "I Only Have Eyes For You" by the Flamingos (from the 50's), I am trying to remove the "shoo-wop shoo-wop" background vocals. The background vocals unfortunately are being said as the main words are being sung, so I cant just use the editor to cut out those parts without loosing the main vocals as well.

Does anyone know of anyway to go about this or where I could look, who I could talk to? I would appreicate any input!

Cosmo

PS. Is it possible to get my hands on the actual track with different layers?
