Where's The Moderator?

At the top of this page, under "Discussion Forum Guidelines", it says "unsoliticited advertising will not be tolerated".

Yet, I see a page full of porno spam. One has to search through the spam to find the serious posts about the topic.

Isn't there a moderator to delete the spam?
