Message:	: Help required please? : My daughter has one of these devices which works fine on one computer but not on our other computer via the usb ports. The USB ports work fine and both machines have windows XP. : The computer with the problem is as follows. : When the device is plugged in the gong acknownledge sound appears but no icon or drive comes up. When device is removed the gong come up but again no messages or icons appear. On the other computer everything works fine. What could be the problem? I cannot locate the company but the device was purchased from Target some time ago. : Can you please help? : Terry.
