Message:	: it should have been a zip file that you downloaded. when you unzip, it saves an exe file that tells you to turn of mmjb & connect your xp3 and tickety boom you should be updated. ps.. make sure to go to edigital.com to get treo update which gives you music explorer 2 to send to and retrieve from your xp3 : : hey, i've downloaded the firmware 5 update from the classic xp3 web site and i'm not sure how to install it onto my mp3 player. anyone know how to do this. thanks very much for the help. chloe
