I have now had 3 rca lyra mp3 players. I have not had good luck. The first one the little hook that holds the battery door closed broke. The second one has the same problem as this one. I can put tracks on it without a problem, it just says there's "00 Track Total". If I plug it into my computer it says there's songs on it, and they'll play on windows media player without a problem. It just thinks there's no tracks on it. My second one at least worked for a while before it started doing this. This one didn't work from the start. Is it possible that it's my computer? I've tried EVERYTHING to try and get this to work. Nothing works. If it's my computer what would the problem be? The tracks are on it, they just won't play. Maybe it thinks they're data files, not music. Help would be GREATLY appreciated.
