It's possible with WinAMP 2.9X. You have to play around with the MIDI input plugin to make it possible... I think it's as simple as enabling a function which allows you to stream the output to a WAV file... if not, then it should be possible with the Disk Writer output plug-in and typical MIDI input plugin settings.
