The proper way to burn an MP3-CD is in Joliet or ISO9660 (*not* UDF).

Disregard Doug's reply. Frankly, I find it rather shocking. Re-encoding MP3's as he says always brings about a loss in sound quality, so it should be avoided whenever possible. It's especially bad to re-encode an MP3 to a higher bitrate, because you get a larger file with worse sound.
