continuous mix, one file, multiple tracks, no gap??

Does anyone know how to burn an audio CD that is a continuous mix but still be able to go from track to track? many techno or dance albums have this format, and I download them this way (one big mp3 file) but I'd like to get the separate tracks on the CD - I'm on the Windows XP operating system...Please email me at sdsumike619@hotmail.com if you can help!!
