Message:	: I received a charge of 104.90 0n my credit card. in checking with my cc company they quickley agreed to remove the charges and indicated that this often happened and often from unscrupulous software cos. They also said the merchant would have 60 days to respond. They say the co is GITO.COM which of course i have never heard of. my questions to anyone who might know is .How did they get my card number. How can they just do this without being arrested. Aside from just being disputed and followed up why dont they get sued. How could this be past off as a mistake;which im sure it will be?
