no its not the RIAA its me MUHAHWAHAHAHA

: Hi,

: It seems these days that if you're trying to download a new song using Kazaa, you have about a 50% chance of downloading a corrupt file in which the bitrate seems to jump up and down during certain sections (which results in some kind of scratchy noise). I've seen a bit of discussion about this here and in other forums, but not nearly as much as I would expect. Can anyone really confirm the RIAA is behind this? It seems plausible, but obviously it's probably next to impossible to confirm the rumor.

: Are there others like me extremely annoyed by this? Or is just my luck that I encounter a greater number of corrupt files than others?
