Message:	: I can't seem to downlaod mp3's at a very high success rate. The transfer bitrate is always slow, often less than 2.0 and most of the time ends up in a lost connection which never connects again. : Ironically, others can upload from me with amazing effieciency at bitrates of 10 to 20 k/s! : Furthermore, I can't find my friends who are online, Winmx states that they are not online when in fact they are! : Is my problem software, computer settings or network?
