You can try playing the MP3's in Winamp, using a DSP plug-in meant to remove crackling on playback. That way you can play the MP3's without the annoying crackling being heard.

But any method to remove the crackles from the MP3's themseles would involve decoding the MP3, filtering it and reencoding. That would cause a loss in quality.

In the end, I think it's best to just buy CD's, rather than downloading low-quality files off of the internet, which is now polluted with corrupted files spread by the industry.
