As far as I know, no such company exsists.

But if you choose to do it on your own, there are shortcuts to the traditional "let the ripper program handle everything" method.

Using separate programs to handle albums in batch can speed things up.

For instance, if you have a lot of hard drive space dedicated, you can rip 50 or even a hundred CD's to WAV in a day, encode them all together to MP3 in a night (with a front-end like RazorLame), and delete the WAV's the next day, to make room to start another 50 CD's.

When you are done encoding everything, you can batch-tag the MP3's with something like MP3 Tag Studio, or Heliumē, or Tag&Rename.
