RCA Lyra 1071 Question

Can anyone tell me why the Lyra 1071 chooses to ignore the order songs are downloaded to it? I have a playlist set up, but when it gets downloaded, the songs are placed in alphabetical order by artist. Boy, this sucks!!!!
