You open your burning software and create an "Audio" compilation.

Then you drag the MP3's in and put them in whatever order you want, and then burn.

A CD burnt like this is an Audio-CD and is subject to the same limitation as any other Audio-CD is - it can only be up to 74 or 80 minutes.
