Message:	: If you're having trouble, return it and get a real MP3 player. : Sony's players, with the exception of their CD players, only play ATRAC3 and SDMI. This is a <em>bad</em> thing because they're misleading you as to the very nature of their product, but also, when MP3 or anything else for that matter is converted to ATRAC3, there is a loss in sound quality. : At least when you rip a CD to MP3's for any real MP3 player, you have your choice of MP3 software (Lame, Musicmatch, FhG pro), and your own choice of settings.
