This more or less causes the CD to be played as an MP3-CD, which happens to make the audio actually play, since MPEG audio is in MP2 format, which should be compatible with most MP3 decoders. : : ... In any case, the way to burn your MPEG's to actually be played as a VCD is to burn as a VCD in a recent version of Nero or EasyCD.
