should mp3 cds have playlists in them?
Posted by Ant on March 20, 2003 at 07:48:53:

Hi, been trying to burn an mp3 cd with 'nti cd maker' but it always seems to put a playlist on the cd? If you put the cd into an mp3 cd player it just plays them in alphabetical order ignoring the list i suppose. Using some other software (some shareware) it burns the mp3 tracks naming them 001, 002,003.....an so on so in the order that i've selected, so that it plays in that order. So what i'm trying to say is, are mp3 cds supposed to have playlists? or are the tracks just supposed to be alpha/numerically named in the order to be played like real cds?
