.CDa isn't an actual format, it's a metafile shortcut created by Windows to access the actual CDDA tracks on the CD. Winamp along with the Disk Writer plug-in, can convert just about anything to WAV, which undoubtedly will be accepted by any burning program capable of making audio-CD's. You might not need to convert MP3 to WAV as newer versions of Nero and EasyCd support MP3->CDDA burning.
