RMX files are secured music files. This means you can't convert them to other formats, record them onto a CD, or move them to a different hard drive. If you wish to record music files onto a CD, you must turn off the security feature of RealJukebox and then re-record the files using a different file format. To turn off the security feature: Start RealJukebox. Click the Tools menu (Options in RealJukebox 1.0) and choose Preferences. Click the Audio Quality tab (Encoding Options in RealJukebox 1.0). Clear the Secure My Music Files When Encoding check box. Read and agree to the terms in the Confirm Security dialog box. Click OK to close the Confirm Security dialog box. Click OK to save your changes and close Preferences. To re-record your music: Navigate to Tools/Preferences. Select the Audio Quality tab and choose the desired format. (At this point you can toggle from one format to another.) Re-record your music.
