.07 Seconds

I'm new to using Nero, and I have a problem. Every time I edit a file with Nero, it seems to want to add approximately .07 seconds of blank space to the front of the file. That .07 seconds is causing trouble when I trying to make an audio file that loops. Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening?
