If you want to encode at 128kbps or above, use the LAME encoder (selected by default in CDex and set to 128kbps). This will allow you 68 minutes of music.

If you want to encode under 128kbps, allowing for more storage, I suggest you use the Fraunhofer Pro or Advanced (ACM) MP3 encoder.
