Message:	: This unit is a piece of crap. I have taken 2 back and the 3rd is going back today. USB cable doesn't interface easily with XP Home. The songs disappear when downloaded. They can't be filed into folders. All you can do is dump them on the main drive under "Compilation". Even Tech Support says (after waiting several days for them to return my calls) that it's "weak" and won't categorize music. Garbage and a total waste of my life. :0(
